System Security Guide

Cell Level
The electrical core adopts the LFP material system, which offers extremely high safety. In addition, an explosion-proof one-way valve is designed on the top. In the event of an emergency, such as a short-term connection outdoors, the explosion-proof valve can be opened to cut off the circuit and avoid major safety risks.

Module Level
The temperature control module controlled by the BMU at the module level can adjust the temperature in the module in real time to ensure that the operating environment is within a controllable range.

Rack Level
The rack level is mainly through the CBMS internal DC circuit breaker, response, pre-charge resistor and diode and other power devices, the system to achieve overload, overcurrent, anti-reverse connection and other state management, to ensure the safety and reliability of the rack.

System Level
The main purpose of the system is to control the pressure difference between frames in the parallel machine state, and to realize the balance adjustment between frames through the preload resistor to ensure the safe operation of the system.
